Why This Exists

The origin story of the game, the purpose, and the mirror

The Beginning

This project didn't start with a back injury or a wakeboard crash.

It began when I was sixteen, standing in Venezuela, giving my life to follow Jesus.

For years I thought God needed more evangelists—that I was supposed to join His team. What I've learned since is that what I was really following was Spirit.

Jesus is still a friend and a teacher, but now I recognize the same light that moved through Him is alive in every one of us.

"I wasn't being called to preach. I was being called to remember that we are all Spirit having a human experience."

The Accidents That Taught Me

I was on my wakeboard, cutting out hard to the right.

I flipped back—backside—because my right arm has always been dominant. I've played tennis my whole life, everything right-handed, never left. I caught the wave, started the rotation, and thought I was going to land it.

That's when my right arm let go and my left arm got yanked across my body. My left hip was already built slightly inward from birth, so when the force pulled me to that weaker side, everything in my frame twisted at once.

That moment—the fall—wasn't random. It was my body's first message: you can't live forever on one side.

What the Body Taught:

After the concussions, I realized my mind had to rest.

After the injuries, I learned my body had to balance.

Even walking my dog, Lion, I'm training myself to lead with my left hand—to live from the side that once felt weak.

The Solution Was Always There

Years later I understood that the answers were waiting on a pickleball court.

When I opened my stance and began hitting left-handed—opening my chest instead of guarding it—the pain in my right neck began to release. That movement corrected what all the adjustments and therapies had been circling: my body had been living in a closed pattern.

When I swing left, my spine opens.

When my spine opens, the current evens out.

That's what "balance" feels like—it's the body remembering symmetry.

Sometimes the fix isn't at the site of pain. You find it when you open the opposite side, breathe, and let movement finish the story that the injury started.

How Start With I Love You Was Born

Your Health Is Your Wealth was born from that shift.

A mirror to help you see your own Spirit through your health. We can point you toward what restores it—peptides, cannabis, holistic medicine—but the first step is awareness.

This platform simply holds up that mirror and reminds you what's already inside.

Start with awareness.

Start with balance.

Start with I Love You.

Every challenge you complete here is training your nervous system to remember both sides. Not just physically—emotionally, mentally, spiritually. The game asks you to look at your accidents, understand where you overcompensated, and train the opposite.

Because healing happens when both sides get equal attention.

Beyond The Physical

This principle doesn't stop at your body. It extends to everything:

Emotional

If you always push down anger, practice expressing it safely. If you cry easily, explore your strength.

Mental

If you're always logical, explore intuition. If you're always creative, practice structure.

Relational

If you always lead, practice following. If you always please others, honor your own needs.

Belief

If you voted red your whole life, understand blue. If you only see one truth, explore another perspective.

Balance isn't about being neutral. It's about having access to both sides.

Start With I Love You.

One gentle act per day. For the rest of your life.
